Join us in promoting bicycles as a fun and efficient way to get to work. 

(7AM - location tba)

May 22nd - Come Learn

Craighead Forest Park Pavillions #1 and #3

Come and learn everything you need to learn about riding a bike, but have been afraid to ask.  Will have classes and clinics covering:

Road Cycling Skills for Adults* (learn how to drive your bike)

Mountain Bike Skills (the basics to get you out enjoying the trails)

Repair Clinic (the must-know skills for keeping you rolling)

First-Aid/Injury Prevention

Kid's Rodeo* (kids will learn bicycle safety in a "real world" environment)

*Taught by instructors certified by the League of American Bicyclists

8:00 – 9:00 Repair Clinic and First Aid/Injury Prevention

9:00 – 9:30 Break
    9:30 - 11:30 Kids Rodeo and Mt. Bike Skills

11:30 - 12:30 Lunch Break
12:30 – 2:30 Road Skills

May 23rd - Try Out Your New Skills

Join your fellow cyclists for a friendly, casual ride.  New cyclists will be able to pair up with veteran cyclists and get a feel for participating in a group ride.
